AlterEgo Recovery House is a luxury optional service. Think of us as your Cosmetic Surgery BED & BREAKFAST. We are NOT a medical service or medical provider however we do offer a licensed nurse for wellness checks and lymphatic massages. We are here to offer a clean, relaxing and comfortable shared living space to assist guests with physical & mental recovery following outpatient cosmetic surgery procedures. It is important that you understand that AlterEgo Recovery is not a substitute for medical care or hospitalization and, as such, if you choose to use our services it would be strictly a matter of convenience. Further, your medical care remains the responsibility of the surgeon who performed your personal surgery.
Payment Procedures & Deposit Info
Deposit – A 20% non-refundable deposit is due to secure your reservation.
Guests Deposit – A non-refundable guest deposit of $50 is due to secure your guest’s reservation.
Final Payment – Final payment is due on the day of your arrival.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
The 20% reservation deposit is non-refundable.
The $50 guest deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded to the original method of payment LESS the 20% deposit, and/or $50 guest deposit.
No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival. However, we do allow 1 free reschedule, if needed
No refunds or reschedules will be given for reservation no-shows.
No refunds will be given for reschedules turned cancellations.
No refunds will be given for unforeseen complications during surgery with your chosen surgeon.
No refunds will be given for early check-outs.
Transportation
Included Transportation:
1 Transportation from airport upon your arrival
1 Transportation to and from pre-op surgery appointment
1 Transportation to and from surgery
1 Transportation to and from post-op appointment.
1 Transportation to airport upon your departure time for flight.
up to 2 transportation or errand runs for your prescription pick up.
Transportation NOT included
We DO NOT provide transportation for personal errands, shopping or any other surgical related errands.
We DO NOT provide transportation to massages. However we do have a designated area within the home for your massage therapist to come to you, so you wont have to travel to them
General Conditions & Responsibilities
AlterEgo Recovery House and all representatives of our Studio, shall at no time be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, injury, or damage caused or arising in connection with any transportation, massages or other services or products of third parties provided through AlterEgo Recovery House, or as a result of acts of God, acts of Government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts, or any circumstance beyond its control. AlterEgo Recover House is a part of the AlterEgo Mogul Brand and we reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation at any time prior to Guest check-in if it appears the reservation of a Guest has engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity in making the reservation.
If these Terms and Conditions contain any provisions construed to be unenforceable or unlawful by a court of competent jurisdiction, the same shall be deemed modified to conform to applicable law, or if this would cause an unreasonable result, such provision shall be stricken from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the binding force and effect of any of its other provisions.
