Beginners Mat Pilates
A safe Pilates mat class modified for the overweight, under-fit, or tightly muscled exerciser, or the beginners overwhelmed by traditional Pilates Mat classes.
Booty Barre
A fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.
Candlelight/Restorative/Gentle Yoga
Uses soft flowing movements,deep breath work and meditation
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A meditative free form practice that coordinates with the breath and relaxation. Expect a full body workout.
Cardiolates
A total body workout on a mini-trampoline that is fun, fat-burning and core strengthening all in one.
CardioBlast
A 45 minute workout working your entire body (heart and muscles) by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In cardioblast your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and best of all you burn calories like crazy. (MUST WEAR SNEAKERS TO THIS CLASS).
Hubolates
An exhilarating, effective easy to follow cardio-inspired, calorie- burning dance fitness class that combines weighted Hulu-Hoops (1.5llbs), Boxing, Pilates and dance and keep you moving toward joy and health. (MUST WEAR SNEAKERS TO THIS CLASS.
Battlerope
Intervals of 30 seconds to 2 minutes added to the Hubolates and Cardiolates class of HIIT style training with our tone burning Ropes
Zumba
Involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hop hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mamba.
Mixed Fit
Is a people- inspired fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning .

Trap Pilates®
When R&B/Trap Music meets fast paced Core Burning Pilates. Kendall J and her Team will lead an hour packed class full of Atlanta Trap Music and more wanting you to turn your Pilates experience into a club on your mat. You will SWEAT...BURN...and most importantly HAVE FUN!!! If you like rap music and want to be introduced to Pilates or even a expert this experience is for you!
Trap Pilates® Namaste (YOGA)
A style of yoga class that combines the physical asana practice with trap music. Very similar to Trap Pilates but with Yoga being its base.
Trap Pilates® Meet Me at the Barre (BARRE)
A fun, energetic workout that fuses from Dance, Pilates and Yoga at a much higher tempo than the regular Barre experience because it has all the sounds and beats of Trap Music.

Social Sundays
Events on Sundays where we hold a Trap Pilates, Trap Yoga or Trap Dance class (normally 90 minutes long) then after we gather for Football or Trivia Fun with Wine and Food included.
