Alter Ego Pilates & Fitness Studio is proud to be a part of the communities we serve. We see community service as the key element to our future: We strongly believe that each person should leave the world a better place. One example of how we demonstrate our commitment to helping others, is through our GIVEBACK classes. GIVEBACK class participants are asked to bring an item to donate to one of our favorite organizations, the Survivor’s Nest n Atlanta.

The Survivor’s Nest was founded by Breast Cancer Warrior, April Smith, "The Survivor's Nest" assist breast cancer warriors and thrivers by creating an overall positive environment to nurture their physical and psychological needs. They provide pre and post mastectomy gift bags/boxes, and gift cards to assist with their financial needs. They also accompany them at doctor and hospitals visits to let warriors know there is someone with them every step of the way!! We choose them because like us The Survivor’s Nest encourage and empower Survivor’s to take control of their Mind, Body & Spirit during and after treatment. They promote direct support to assist with healthy food, herbs, spa treatment, fitness classes and more. They also offer peer-to-peer support.

Alter Ego through our brand Trap Pilates® is proud to be associated with The Survivor’s Nest. Trap Pilates® is committed to woman across the world and will continue to Inspire and Motivate its class participants to do the same. It is our goal to have a positive influence with everything we do, including Events, Certifications and GIVEBACK classes. We want it to be clear whether we are holding a Alter Ego Event or a Trap Pilates® GIVEBACK class, we are always doing it out of LOVE and our desire to leave a positive footprint on every life we touch.
